SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Molygan offers delivery services at a reduced cost worldwide by partnering with the local post office of your country to make deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Order processing times are from 1 to 5 business days from the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 48 hours, but if our partners benefit from an exceptional backup, processing times can be up to 5 business days from the day you placed your order.
Please see the table below for different shipping times to international destinations. We remind you that delivery times are estimated and may be longer in high season or in exceptional circumstances.

In order to ensure that your package is correctly delivered and that you receive your package within the announced deadlines, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and/or required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If you are confronted with a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process (depending on the carrier used).
Molygan is not responsible for packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages whose delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If the package is lost during delivery, we ask you to wait 3 months for a full refund of the package.
Shipping times will be affected during holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
If you do not receive your package based on estimates beyond that, please submit a ticket to our support team. A full refund will be given if a package does not arrive within 60 days of shipment.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure that you provide a detailed and valid shipping address when placing your order.
