When will my order ship?
Order processing times are between 1 and 5 business days from the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our partners are exceptionally backed up, processing times can be up to 5 business days after the day you placed your order.
Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used once when purchasing your product. Afterwards, your credit card information will be purged.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your payment is not processed successfully or is declined when you try to finalize your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to enter a new card number or other payment method before finalizing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, you have 6 hours to request a cancellation. Please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so that we can try to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to do this, especially after the 6 hour period has expired, but we will do our best!
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Once the order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it is not always possible to process requests for changes of address. If you find an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so that we can try to make corrections to your package before it leaves. There is no guarantee that we can do this, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we will do our best!
Oops, I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my code.
Unfortunately, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added once the purchase is finalized. Use your code instead when you make your next purchase! I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. If you don't receive a Molygan email within a few hours of placing your order, make sure to check your personal spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on the file may be misspelled.
