We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. However, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

- Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the package well with the appropriate protection.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or refund to your account in accordance with our return policy..
3. Conditions of return
- You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you or not. And return it to us on the sole condition that it is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returned items must be in new condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that you have sent directly back to us without informing us.
- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. a service. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
